There is an evil plot to take over the world and only one car can stop it. And that car is... Mater?
Mistaken for an American spy, Mater is roped into a mission to stop Professor Z and his army of power-hungry lemons from using an "alternative fuel " called Allinol to force cars to rely on lemons for gas. Meanwhile Lightning McQueen, Mater's race car buddy, is in danger too, because the bad guys using a secret weapon to ignite the fuel inside the racers of the World Grand Prix. Can Mater save the world, his buddy, and find the mastermind behind the plot? With the help of Finn McMissile, British Intelligence, and Holley Shiftwell, Mater's new "date", he just might!
